Tweety16. I have a 2001 Jetta TDI. Much of the interior plastic pieces, both the beige ones on the dash and console and the black ones around the steering wheel and A/C vents etc. are sticky. I don't know if the plastic is deteriorating or what. It looks terrible and is impossible to clean the dirt and debris from it.
